◊ Only B.Tech. , 5-Year integrated M.Tech. and Law students are eligible to participate in the tournament.
◊ All Participants who are all born on or after 01/07/92 are eligible for participation (maximum 23 years )
◊ Only participants and team managers will be allowed inside the campus.
◊ Indisciplinary behaviour by any member will lead to direct disqualification of the respective institutions
◊ Decision of tournament committee on all matters relating to the tournament shall be final and binding.
◊ Any team arguing with the Referee will be viewed strictly and can be disqualified.
◊ Male participants are not allowed into the women's accommodation and vice-versa
◊ Only two team managers are allowed (should be a faculty with their institutional id card)
◊ All teams should report 15 minutes before starting of the match and any team coming late by more than half an hour will lose by giving their opponent a walkover
◊ Only the college vehicles of the participating teams will be permitted within the campus
◊ Team members should have the Bonafide ID card in provided format along with their institutional ID cards, ID card should be complete in all aspects including 4 signatures and 4 seals.
◊ The ID card will be considered invalid if not complete
◊ The organisers will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings
◊ The organisers have the right to change the time, venue and rules of the match
◊ Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited within the campus premises
◊ Prior notice should be given if a team requires accomodation
◊ Caution Deposit of Rs.1000/- (Refundable)
◊ All Participants must bring a passport size photo

  Hospitality

  ◊Accommodation will be provided only for outstation registered participants.
  ◊Accommodation will be provided from 6pm on 26th February
  ◊Transportation charges will not be taken care by the organizers
